Rowing Assistant

Bournemouth Collegiate School is a rapidly growing co-educational independent school situated on the south coast. The School has extensive facilities, on two sites. BCS provides a nurturing environment where the happiness of the pupils comes first.

The School is looking to appoint a professional and well organised individual to support the Head of Rowing.

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated Rowing Assistant to join our committed team.

The role will entail coaching BCS rowers from learning to row through to competing at head races, regattas and Inter-regionals. We are looking for someone with a passion for rowing who wants to help others achieve their goals and ambitions in the sport.

Hours include early morning training and afternoon sessions both on the river and in our school gym.

• Rowing experience required
• Coaching experience preferred
• RYA Power Boat level 2 preferred
