An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic graduate to join our Business department as an apprentice trainee teacher.

We are looking for:

· A highly motivated graduate who is passionate about education.

· A candidate who can demonstrate the ability to plan and teach engaging lessons and enthuse our students to reach their full potential.

· A talented individual who is highly organised and committed to working as part of a team.

This will be a fully funded, qualification with an annual salary. Training will be supported by Buckingham University and an assigned school mentor. Accommodation in our boarding house is offered and the successful candidate will also help in boarding houses. Graduates should have a minimum of a 2.2 and hold a UK degree.

This position is designed to allow graduates who might be considering a teaching career to experience life in a boarding school and successfully train on the job with our extensive CPD opportunities. Training will involve 14 hours of contact Business teaching per week as well as training sessions and weekly observations.
