Last week we enjoyed a wonderful World Book Day full of story-telling magic!
The children's traditional tale fancy-dress really helped set the scene for our exciting guest, Amanda Kane-Smith Storytelling , and her engaging story-telling workshops. The Buddy sessions were full of proud children sharing their own story creations with their partners and, once again, it was great to see these cross-year group friendships growing. The children solved character clues, competed in fairy tale kahoots and all finished the day with a special book present to replace the book that they had brought in for the swap.
On top of that, the book fair was a great success.
